Effective date: August 25, 2026. This policy explains how Gilbert Rodríguez Products and its software products handle information.
Gilbert Rodríguez Products publishes information about software products and may direct visitors to third-party marketplaces for downloads, licenses, support, or purchases. This website does not currently process payments directly.
This website is operated by Gilbert Rodríguez Products. Privacy questions may be sent to gilbertrdz.dev@gmail.com.
If you contact us by email or through a support channel, we process the information you choose to provide so we can respond, provide support, and maintain relevant business records. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process basic request data, including IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, requested URLs, and security events. The public website does not intentionally use advertising pixels or sell personal information.
The catalog may contain links to WordPress.org, Woo Marketplace, or other third-party services. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. When a purchase or download takes place on a marketplace, that marketplace is responsible for its checkout, account, licensing, and payment processing.
Cart Relay for WooCommerce and Cart Relay Pro operate primarily inside the merchant’s own WordPress and WooCommerce installation. Product and cart information is processed on that website and is not automatically sent to Gilbert Rodríguez Products.
Cart files and their product data are processed to import or export WooCommerce carts. Temporary resumable import plans and reports may be associated with a WordPress user or WooCommerce session and expire automatically. Export files are generated on demand and are not automatically transmitted to us.
When Cart Relay Pro saved-cart features are enabled, the merchant’s WordPress database may store a WordPress user ID, cart name, product and variation identifiers, quantities, cart item metadata, totals, currency, share tokens, expiration dates, and timestamps. A person who receives an active share link may access the shared cart until the merchant or cart owner disables it or it expires.
If the optional WhatsApp sharing feature is enabled and a user explicitly activates it, a prepared message and cart share URL are opened through WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cart Relay products do not collect analytics or telemetry and do not automatically transmit merchant or customer data to our servers. A merchant may separately use hosting, analytics, security, or other plugins that have their own practices.
WordPress may use essential cookies for administrators and signed-in users. WooCommerce and installed plugins may use cookies or session identifiers required for cart and account functionality. Each merchant is responsible for describing the complete cookie practices of their own store.
Website correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal, and business purposes. Data created by Cart Relay products is controlled by the merchant operating the WordPress site. Merchants can manage saved carts, sharing, plugin settings, and plugin data according to their store policies. Temporary import data expires automatically.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for this website and design our plugins to use WordPress permissions, request verification, ownership checks, and scoped access. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
For information held directly by Gilbert Rodríguez Products, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. For information stored by a merchant using a Cart Relay product, contact that merchant because they control their WordPress and WooCommerce data.
This website and these business software products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
We may update this policy when the website, products, marketplaces, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
